We currently operate a 7 day return policy from your order date, provided that the goods are returned in unopened, saleable condition.
We are happy to refund or exchange your order, but we are unable to provide credit notes.
You must notify us in writing to email@example.com or our postal address (shown below) within 7 days of your order date if you are returning or exchanging any products:

Please ensure you return your unused goods, as sold. This includes original packaging, tags and labels, within 7 days of order date. We will process your return and determine if you are eligible to receive a full refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days on which you gave us notice of cancellation. If we determine a full refund, we will refund the price of the Product in full and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, we would recommend second class signed for mail. If we believe you are not eligible for a full refund we will contact you using the contact details provided.
If you are exchanging, you will need to let us know which product(s) you would prefer. We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. You will need to pay for any return postage but the replacement item(s) will be sent to you at our standard postage and packing rate (please see our website for these costs).
