All UK deliveries are shipped at the rate(s) shown in our on-line stock list. At the moment, we do not ship outside the UK.
Your parcel should arrive within 10 working days (excluding weekends) after the order is placed.
We ship our parcels by second class signed for mail. Goods are not sent on UK Bank Holidays and these are not counted as working days.
A signature will be required upon receipt. If you need for item(s) to be shipped to a location other than you billing address (e.g., work), be sure to input the correct delivery location on the checkout screen.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion.

One of my items is missing, what do I do?
If one of your items is missing from your order, please call us on 01227 472699 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate. Once we have completed our investigations, concerning our signed for delivery, we will contact you in this matter further, and decide what further action is needed.
